Turning Mean Into Team: The Ultimate Empathy Reset

Bully No More! kicks off when Dinosaur crash lands its rocket ship on a planet where the vibes are totally off. The inhabitants are stuck in a cycle of mean behavior: Lion acts as a digital bully toward Tiger, while Owl uses sharp words to tease Duck. Rabbit mocks Elephant's every move, and Monkey makes Unicorn feel invisible. It is a world fractured by fear, but Dinosaur steps in as the mediator to change the game.

Through catchy and upbeat songs, Dinosaur helps the group level up its empathy. By learning to mend fences and work together, the characters transform from bullies and bystanders into a united team of defenders. Bully No More! isn't just a show, it's a real-world toolkit proving that every individual carries a story worth hearing. By the final curtain, students don't just watch a performance—they join a movement to celebrate differences and shut down bullying for good.

Bully No More! A Perfect Show for All Ages

Bully No More! is a flexible theatrical experience designed to grow with your students. From the first steps of kindergarten to the complex social world of middle school, this show meets every performer exactly where they stand.

Elementary Schools: Building Kind Hearts and Safe Spaces

  • Theatrical Buffer: By using animal characters instead of humans, the show creates a safe distance for younger children to explore sensitive topics like exclusion without feeling personally targeted.
  • Flexible Performance Options: The play can be performed in full, or as individual scenes over time — perfect for shorter attention spans or classroom integration. Chorus optional.
  • Intergenerational Mentorship: Elementary productions have the unique option to team up with a high school student to play Dinosaur, the wise adult figure in the show.
  • A Resource for Teachers: A Prevent Child Abuse Discussion Guide is available to help educators continue vital social-emotional conversations in the classroom long after the final bow.

Middle Schools and Children's Theaters: Navigating the Social Maze

Rabbit and Elephant
  • Customizable Dialogue: Middle schools have the unique option to insert their own dialogue, allowing students to tailor the script to reflect the specific social situations and challenges found in their own school. Chorus optional.
  • Addressing the Bystander Effect: At an age where social pressure is at its peak, the musical tackles the complex reality of the power of the group to change a school's culture for the better.

Older Students and Theaters with a Mission

  • Community Impact: This is high-quality theatre with a purpose. It offers older students, professional and community theaters, traveling troupes, and summer stock, a powerful, family-friendly production that sparks vital conversations and positions your school or theater as a leader in positive social change.

Custom Fit: Elementary vs. Middle School Experience

We know that a 2nd grader and an 8th grader have very different needs, so we've reimagined how the show works for each level:

For Elementary Schools: A Community Connection

This version is all about flexibility and mentorship. You can put on a full-scale production or break the show down scene-by-scene to integrate into your schedule over time. To make it even more magical, we encourage schools to invite a High School student to play the role of the mediator. Dinosaur is the only adult character in the show. This creates a powerful bridge between age groups and gives younger kids a "cool" role model to look up to. To keep the momentum going, the teachers can use our Prevent Child Abuse discussion guide in their classrooms, after the show, to turn the performance into a lifelong lesson in empathy.

For Middle Schools: Where Tweens Find
Their Voice

Middle school is a whirlwind of trying to fit in. This is a full-scale production. We've left room for student improv, modern touches, and original choreography, allowing "tweens" to inject their own unique personalities into the performance. It transforms the stage into a safe space where being a "defender" isn't just the right thing to do—it's the coolest role in the building.

The Bottom Line: Why Bring Bully No More! to Your Stage?

Why Bring Bully No More!

Why settle for a lecture when you can have a legacy? Performing this musical gives your students more than just lines to memorize; it gives them a shared language for kindness. It's an easy-to-produce, high-impact tool that builds confidence in your performers and empathy in your audience. By the time the final curtain falls, your school won't just have put on a show—you'll have built a stronger, more supportive community.
